Cursed Town
Evil walks around, this town is cursed
A treacherous air surrounds us and so does fake love that spells
I trusted in love, envisioned you being the one
But, I was wrong for assuming, my affections are now undone
Deceiving words do hurt, like wounds from sharp blades
You have fed me your tales, of their truth I was frayed
Realization dawns bright, too clear to ignore
Deceitful fake love, once tender is no more
As darkness emerges, and the sun sets low
The danger I notice, the malevolence that creeps slow
Around our love like a dangerous aggressive beast
I can sense my heart breaking which puts me at unrest
I will not give up to this deceitful fight
And find a way despite, reclaiming my light
For evil may walk around, in this cursed town
But I will find my light, and never back down.
